Shipping Information

We send our products all over the World.

All customers can order their Angels' Share Glass products and be safe in the knowledge that their purchase will be handmade, hand packed (well it is glass after all!) and delivered by a courier or postal service most suitable for your area.

Our products are glass, so every precaution is taken when packaging your gifts. Unfortunately, glass and whisky products can not be insured so items are sent at the buyer's own risk.

Each order is sent to you directly from our dispatch unit in Glasgow

We make sure our shipping prices are fair and reasonable. We are partner with couriers for all parcel deliveries in the UK and may sometimes use Royal Mail for small packets. Overseas carriers are normally DHL UPS or the most suitable and cost effective and reliable tariff they can offer.

Total Shipping Cost will be displayed at checkout and will be based on weight and value of total order.

We cannot calculate any import duties or taxes that may apply to international customers such as USA & Canada, or international trading partners. Please contact your local customs office for import fees which may apply once your parcel arrives in your Country.

Angels' Share Glass cannot be liable for any customs charges once the order has been shipped.

Delivery times

Unless you are having an item specially made or ordered, delivery is normally within five to seven working days, and often much sooner.

If you would like more information about delivery for a product that you have already ordered, please get in touch with us. You can do this using the contact link on your order confirmation email. If you have any questions at all please let us know and we’ll be very happy to help.

Sometimes unavoidable factors can delay a parcel (bad weather or postal strikes, for example). If this happens, we will let you know. We do ask for your patience if this does happen – you can be assured that we’ll be doing our best to sort it out. Once your order is on its way we will be in touch again to let you know when you should expect it.

If your parcel is travelling internationally, we will endeavour to provide you with a tracking reference so you can monitor your parcel's progress.

 Delivery and promotions

If you take advantage of a discount (such as 10% off), the reduction is usually applied only to the price of the product you’ve chosen, not the delivery cost.

UK delivery of standard items

Most standard orders are delivered within the UK for £4.96 + Vat = £5.95 per item.  This includes packing costs to make sure your glass arrives safely and unbroken. Delivery costs are worked out according to the product’s size and weight so multiple items being sent together have a higher shipping rate.

 

UK delivery of non-standard & multiple items

A non-standard item is a product that is considered to be fragile, of high value, large or heavy, or something that has exceptional delivery requirements. For these products, the above costs won’t apply – you’ll find the delivery cost on the checkout page.

If you need something quickly, we can offer express delivery.

USA - From August 29th 2025, If you’d still like to purchase from us, we’re more than happy to arrange your order, just keep in mind:

  • $80 in US import duties will be applied on delivery by USPS or courier

  • Local state taxes may also apply

  • Payment is due on delivery to USPS or our courier partner

  • Delays in shipping are to be expected as these new rules are implemented

We recommend checking your local state’s import rules before placing your order, so you know exactly what to expect.

Please note this situation is temporary til 28th February 2026, where by 10% tariffs will supersede the fixed fee.
