We have taken great care in presenting the products on our website as accurately as possible. However, the images you see will depend on your monitor's display and colour capabilities. We are also unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the actual merchandise. if you have any queries regarding a product, please contact us. Before you place an order, you should read the following: Acceptance of your order, Delivery Information and Returns Policy. These pages form part of these terms and conditions and contain important information about your order.

By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the Billing details for your order are the same as your Delivery address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.

Visitors under the age of 18 should not register with this website or submit any information to us.

Acceptance of your Order

Shortly after you have placed an order with us, an email will be sent to you from Angels' Share Glass Ltd acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Angels' Share Glass . Upon payment to PayPal, Paypal will confirm payment of your order.

Order acceptance and the completion of the sale between you and Angels' Share Glass will take place when your order is paid, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

The product you ordered being out of stock - see Product Availability
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions

Internet orders will be confirmed by email. Should you not receive confirmation within 2 business days, please contact us on 07540864717- Please have your Order Number and payment details to hand.


Order Cancellation & Refunds (European Union Only)

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Angels' Share Glass by calling 00 44 07540864717. Please cancel your order within 14 days of your order being placed and payment confirmed.

It may not always be possible to stop an order from being dispatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately. If your order has already been dispatched, please return the goods immediately upon receipt.

Where your order is returned to us within 14 working days of receipt, the cost of your order and the standard postage charge will be reimbursed.

The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

This refund will be made within 30 days.

Pricing Policy

All prices shown on the website are in £Sterling and are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Prices may change, and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

Angels' Share Glass endeavours to ensure that all products offered on the website is in stock and available for purchase. Sometimes, due to high demand and our products being hand made stock levels vary from time to time throughout the year.

Product Availability / Information

As all our glass is hand made we cannot guarantee that stocks will be available all the time. each piece is unique and worth the wait should it be out of stock. Once an item is sold out it will be listed as "Out of Stock" on the website at the earliest opportunity. Prices of products may change from time to time. If items that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability.

Glass products may contain small air bubbles or lines - these are not considered flaws and are a natural part of the glass-making process


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

If your order is returned to us by customs or authorities, then we will refund the value of the items - SHIPPING CANNOT BE REFUNDED.

If your order is returned to us damaged we will take images of the damaged parcel ready for your own insurers.

We will where possible use courier and postal services which will allow tracking of your parcel.It is however the customer's responsibility to ensure that any product that is purchased from us is insured against accidental damage/breakage during shipment.

The Angels' Share Glass mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Angels' Share Glass (“Angels' Share Glass”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to Angels' Share Glass’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Angels' Share Glass through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Angels' Share Glass. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to AngelsShare or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Angels' Share Glass mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
