AINNEAMH - Speyside 18 year old
Nose: sweet and fruity with apple crumble, toffee, ripe bananas, pear drops, cinnamon rolls. Also some malty & underlying gentle floral notes that come wrap this pleasant moment up!
Palate: didn't decipher the gentle smoke in the nose but can't deny it now. There's also some brown sugar, gentian, rosemary honey, honeysuckle & some drier notes appearing towards the end.
Finish: medium with more earthy and dry notes
